Married since 2009, Casey and Dana Smith have built their life around faith, family, hard work, and great coffee. Originally from Wisconsin, they’re bringing a little Midwest heart and hospitality to Florida — along with a whole new coffee vibe.

Dana spent 10 years as a barista, perfecting her craft and developing a true passion for quality coffee and genuine customer connection. For her, coffee has always been more than a drink — it’s an experience, a conversation, and a way to bring people together.

Casey is a seasoned entrepreneur who successfully built and sold his company in 2025. With a strong business background and a passion for creating meaningful spaces, he brings vision and strategy to the venture, helping turn their shared dream into reality.

Proud parents to two daughters, Autumn and Gracie, Casey and Dana are building more than a business — they’re building a legacy. Rooted in Wisconsin values and driven by family, they’re creating a welcoming space where community comes first and every cup feels like home.
